BIM & MEP Services Coordination

Primarily we provide stage 4-5 MEP coordination services to contractors in the UK, and we can cater for any level of detail or information development required by end users at project handover. We also provide early engagement opportunities to support design consultancy services with coordination/BIM deliverables throughout stages 2 to 4.

DfMA & Pre-Fabrication

We can provide various DfMA draughting services, spool drawings, BOM's and material take-offs that are all derived from a fully coordinated 3D model. Intricate planning and proactive design coordination reviews for DfMA allow project teams to explore innovative solutions to construction, off-site.

BIM Consulting & Management Services

We provide an array of BIM consulting & management services including full BIM support to all Lead Appointed Parties, to prepare & coordinate BIM deliverables with end user clients. Successful implementation into projects relies on collaborative project management and ultimately leads to an efficient, information rich life cycle for the building.
